My choice of Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea was not made in vain. My previous experiences have proven that Kempinski hotels are the best choice and a symbol of luxury, quality, and excellent service wherever they are found. Therefore, I did not hesitate for a moment to choose Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea as my place of stay in Jordan. When I arrived at the hotel, my expectations were not disappointed, as the hotel met the anticipated standards in terms of luxury, elegance, and services. What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the hotel staff. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort. Nice place to stay and relax. We had a chance to stay for 7 nights and enjoy the sunshine and all the great facilities of the hotel. Kind staff, lovely food. Main restaurant offers variety of foods. I’ve very much enjoyed breakfasts, fresh salad and the mains they offered for tea time. The Blue restaurant’s food was super delicious, I definitely recommend the king prawns dish, Leith the manager made it more special. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there. ‘Lady in Red’ team make sure your stay is comfortable. The view to the Dead Sea is absolutely stunning. Staff at the beach were extremely helpful. I have lost my sunglasses in the water and they’ve tried their best to help me to find it. The spa team also tried their best to create the best time for us. The cleanness of spa facilities is appreciable. We also enjoyed activities like tennis and yoga while we stayed at the hotel.

We had amazing dinners at the Edge social Lounge and Labanese restaurant. Swimming in dead sea,mud bath after, it was a life time experience. Best of all, all staffs are friendly and helpful, Er specially want to express our outmost gratitude to Mr. Abdullah Saad who assisted us during our stay and took extra steps to provide information, suggestions and also arranged transprotations for our remaining Jordan journey. Our Jordan vacation has exceeded our expections, Thanks to Abdullah.
