My choice of Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea was not made in vain. My previous experiences have proven that Kempinski hotels are the best choice and a symbol of luxury, quality, and excellent service wherever they are found. Therefore, I did not hesitate for a moment to choose Kempinski Hotel at the Dead Sea as my place of stay in Jordan. When I arrived at the hotel, my expectations were not disappointed, as the hotel met the anticipated standards in terms of luxury, elegance, and services. What made the experience even more delightful was the warm welcome from the hotel manager himself, who greeted us warmly and offered us a discount on the rooms we had chosen. A heartfelt thank you to him and to all the hotel staff. The rooms we stayed in were in the Royal Villa, which is directly facing the sea and close to the restaurants and main services in the Ishtar building. The hotel stands out with its excellent services, multiple heated pools, and spa services, along with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there are several restaurants, including a Lebanese restaurant, the main restaurant, and another serving international dishes. The hotel staff, composed entirely of young Jordanians, make your stay an unforgettable memory. They are always smiling and welcoming wherever you go, dedicated to serving guests with great commitment. They make you feel as if you are a guest in their home rather than in their workplace. A big thank you to all the employees, including those at the reception, restaurants, and throughout the hotel. A special thank you to Mr. Saeed at the pool for his outstanding service, limitless dedication, and commitment to ensuring our comfort. His devotion to guest satisfaction truly made a difference in our stay. You truly made our stay enjoyable, and we hope to repeat the experience.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Food was excellent we had the half board and it was very convenient and good value. We also tried the room dining and that was excellent. One of the staff Ivan was exceptionally friendly and professional. If i decide to come back to the Kempinski it will be because of Ivan who every day at breakfast made our day with his smile and kindness asking us if we needed anything and how he can make our stay better. The hotel's location by the Dead Sea offers breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere that is perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of my stay was the exquisite dining options. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, catering to all tastes and preferences. Each meal was a culinary delight, made even more enjoyable by the stunning views from the restaurant. The hotel's facilities are second to none. The multiple pools, including the infinity pool with its panoramic views of the Dead Sea, were a favorite spot to unwind. The spa services were top-notch, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. This exceeded our expectations in every way. Our room, complete with balcony, was huge, exceedingly comfortable and very clean. What a treat to be able to walk down to the Dead Sea! Beach facilities (lounge chairs, towels, showers, mud) were outstanding. Our room had both a soaking tub and a shower, which we enjoyed. Staff was most accommodating. Lots of restaurants to choose from in this large complex. It was fun just walking around the property. Breakfast was over the top, with so many choices and enormous portions.

The hotel was so relaxing and the staff were so welcoming! Thank you to sobhi, our housekeeper, for keeping our room spotless. we were in shock about the cleanliness and attention to detail. To Ivan , jan , and everyone at Obelisk for the wonderful hospitality and also to the team at Blu Kathlea, abdullah, waleed, and Princess, the food was so fresh and delicious. And a big thank you to mohammed at the reception for the wonderful welcoming during check-in. It is one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in, and hospitality is impeccable.
